The companies environment are pleasant and management ladder is one ping away, employee tours and outing, and I had a deep learning curve here and they too supported it.

Not a best place to start career as fresher. But again its based on the department ypu join. Salary is too low as a fresher and also appraisal is not a satisfactory. And for a fresher there will be bond of 18 Months which is not good.

Worst experience, I worked there for 2years and the management thinks that the employees are like beggars. TLs will be worse than anyone else who will give there work onto your head and walk off. Please don't go to Iopex and suffer as me.

Cab will be charged and they will be provided for only certain Kms, then shifs will not be adjusted for cab timings nor cab will be adjusted for shift timings. Even in rain you will have to go to office by bus or train.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
