At inyatsi we were encouraged to develop close working relationships as good results were dependent on how effective teams worked and ironed our misunderstandings. Majority of the safe were employed on permanent basis and medicals were provided for the whole family of the employee. Frequent team building activities were arranged normally just after the monthly managment meetings. Despite the postives i enjoyed it seem they was some sort of discrimination (racial/ethnic) discrimination in terms of remuneration (work twice as much and get paid half as much). Tight deadlines with half the human resources required. But we still managed

It generally had it's exciting moments, but the greater part it was hectic really was it boring
