Nice talk . Materials are used in construction is good.

Dislikes

less salary No skilled labour Torture manager which he doesn't have knowledge in construction field Working hours Senior Engineer doesn't no technical knowledge No proper planning to do work Its builder company which has money to invest make it sell to profit.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

they helpful me a lot actually i am non local to the company i mean i want to travel from my living place to our company. they really take care about me and do work from home and they gave me maximum salary.
