The location is nice. And thats the first thing that came to me while thinking about the positives about working for the company, so this might give you some idea. Otherwise the employees are mostly good and friendly, and the management tries hard to boost morales of the employees, and does not throw new employees out at the drop of their hats and lets them grow and learn.

Dislikes

The work-life balance is virtually zilch. You are sometimes made to work full-time even on a saturday. The company is owned by a relatively young person who often treats their employees as their personal playthings. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package.
