I like the efforts towards managing the work-life balance because it is immensely necessary for anyone. Everyone is very cooperative and supportive. Salary system is fair enough with timely promotion/increment based on performance.

The location is nice. And thats the first thing that came to me while thinking about the positives about working for the company, so this might give you some idea. Otherwise the employees are mostly good and friendly, and the management tries hard to boost morales of the employees, and does not throw new employees out at the drop of their hats and lets them grow and learn.

Dislikes

The work-life balance is virtually zilch. You are sometimes made to work full-time even on a saturday. The company is owned by a relatively young person who often treats their employees as their personal playthings. The work culture is extremely toxic and harsh, where there is no relaxation and you ar
