Firstly I said ignore all Negative Comments from the Competitors, people are jealous from Success of our Comapny. I am one of the oldest employee since last 15 Years I am working with Inventive Cafe. I have seen Ups and Downs with company and their Management and DIRECTORS visions are very clear.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
