The CXO level guys were always in quarrels and too much internal politics, and favourism based on whom your manager is and there was racial discrimination also, for eg, the hyderabad manager would only promote people from hyderabad, and intentionally put the other state guys to self pity state and lacked very poor communication, harsha avvari and CEO Krishna seldom communicated about designs and what he had in mind , he just wanted it to pop, but never told what exactly he wanted to pop...Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Company have some good policies but not great.

Dislikes

There is no Annual increment. The work preseeure is high at soime times. No Team outings, No access to database, api and deployment servers and all. No coordination of work correctly.
