Nothing, bad company to work for They can fire you any moment They fired more than half of the people they hired in just 3 months quoting performance reasons which is a big lie.

Toxic work culture. Micromanagement by CEO These people are playing with future of software engineers in India by hiring and firing them rapidly

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
