Having worked at intozi, I can't help but share my less than pleasant experience. The workplace culture I encountered was undeniably toxic with unsupportive and arrogant managers. The management team, from my perspective, appeared disconnected from the needs and concerns of employees, making it a challenge to address issues effectively. Late salary payments were a recurring problem, causing financial stress for many of the employees. The prevalence of favoritism and the practice of sycophantic behaviour made the work environment even more disheartening. There was no work life balance and even on national holidays we used to work which left us with no personal time.
