Good work environment & culture. Teammates are very supportive & the management is transparent. Work culture treats everyone equally irrespective of age or position. Lots of rewards & recognition. Everybody is given a laptop here on day 1 itself. Management does not have an attitude, unlike desi MNCs. Good salary hikes. No salary cut during COVID. Good place for life science freshers with a good salary. Encouraging & supportive managers. Great place for beginners. Salary on time. No hierarchical status all are treated equally. Great learning experience. Good work culture & ethics. Team outings & parties. Huge amount of incentives.
