I've spent around 2.5 yrs in IntelloSol. Work culture wise very nice, there is no micromanagement that is very good. There is no overtime work pressure. We can maintain proper work life balance. There are leaves and holidays which are more than expectations. Its possible only because of product based company. There is transparency between an employee and employer.

Dislikes

some less performance guy can get more priority.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Team mates are very good and supportive. Work culture is very homely. Appraisals are yearly. Good for self learning and growth.
