Never joined intellectt, I was joined in july 2022 in Noida, after few month my experience is terrible here, treat like a labour or servent, the HR of the company she has no common sense how to talk their employee, she behave like a owner of company. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
