I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Nothing at all. Just some extra knowledge I am gaining while working for different clients. Perks: 1. You will get to learn only if you try to research 2. ON-TIME salary even if it's a start-up Disadvantage: 1. Employees are not allowed to talk within themselves 2. Lunch time is 40min 3. Basic need fulfillment issues 4. Infrastructure issues
