When my previous company was acquired by Insightful, I wasn’t sure how I would like to work for such a large company. Insightful Technologies has a no excuses, can do attitude. They are straight forward and to the point in discussions, will immediately jump on new needs and objectives, and constantly monitor their own work for success. If even a single concern is raised by Community Capital, they address it immediately, and don't stop addressing it until they know we are 100% satisfied with the outcome.

We were a small firm before being bought out by insightful, much better then. Can't really say any good pros except some of the wealth team is very remote

You will have to follow a lot of compliance policies, even if not involved in wealth management/trading.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
