A good learning platform for freshers Scope for on hand experience

Dislikes

Lack of proper guidance Too much of meetings rather no improvement in work Senior personal have 'you already know' kind of mentality. Not stating requirements clearly.

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
