No appreciation for the work. You are treated like a labour to give overtime hours. No appraisals. Freshers are exploited & involves politics. Bad working culture.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same.
