Nothing was satisfactory in the company!

Dislikes

The company thinks only for itself. Don't ever think about its employees! The head/owner takes review meeting every day, and force employees to get new and more works from the client. The list of bad things is huge. Nothing was good there! I left the company within a couple of months when I found these issues. Even salary cutdown was also there! I had the potentials, I cracked another interview(s) and get into another job. But, what about them, who tries hard to grow up with the companies along with a bit support?...Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
