I had a disappointing experience with this company. Initially, they sent a temporary offer letter via email and told me to come in and join without providing a final offer letter. I went in on my first day, but they didn’t set up an Outlook ID for me, which seemed odd. On the second day, they began making excuses and didn’t give me a laptop. A week passed without any real work or responsibilities assigned to me. When I was leaving on Friday, they asked me to stay back, only to tell me that my performance wasn’t up to their expectations. This was confusing since I had barely been given any tasks in that first week. When I showed up again on Monday, no senior staff came in to address the situation, and I still didn’t receive a laptop to start working. I sat there waiting, and each time I called, they said it would be ready soon, but nothing happened all day. By Tuesday, I received a call early in the morning telling me not to come in anymore bec ause "Sir" had decided I wasn’t needed. I had already spent 18,000 INR on a PG accommodation, trusting that I’d start working here. But the company did not provide any real work, training, or support, and after making excuses, they dismissed me suddenly<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They mentioned they’d pay me 15 days' salary but kept delaying payment, making excuses each time I followed up</mark>. I finally received a partial payment on October 21, well after many calls and reminders. The overall work culture and environment here are unprofessional and chaotic. There seems to be no proper structure or trustworthiness within the company, and I’ve since learned from others that this is a recurring issue for many employees.
