There is no proper management or job security in Innova. You should not raise your voice against any manager even if you come across female harassment if you raise a voice you will be fired immediately without any prior notice from Manager or HR Team.

Dislikes

There is no security for Female employee. Manager himself will directly tell you to be nice and adjust with his close sub ordinate.

Work Details

The worst company or the management I have ever worked with. The Managers and Team Leads will give you mental stress if you are not adjust with them.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
