The company work culture is very good. I had wonderful experience of working for 3 years with Innova Solutions. They have good clients, employee centric work culture in place.

Pathetic/Toxic environment. micro management, they have promoted those people who doesn't have any knowledge about leadership and they are firing employees so their job could be safe. I will never recommend anybody to work in this company.

My project is good in terms of work life balance

All the projects innova solution have are of very small. No project is having more than 10 member team. Only huge project in the organisation is Centene, and they make the project members work for all 7 days

Nothing. No benefits, no job security and no work life balance. Please do not join this company.

Toxic environment. Manager threatens you if you wont work on weekends. No HR control. Stress, stress and stress. You never know wen they will initiate the PIP for you. Be aware before join this company. You have to work atleast 12-14 hrs daily and also on weekends. Worst culture. No benefit no good salary. No client based project.

They can lay off whenever needed. Job security is not there. Politics is there but thats in every org. Single person handling multiple task without proper increment. I dont recommend people joining there but if you do i would say, stay for shorter time There working system is also out dated. Software used is outdated and manual task is at its peak. There is nothing to like about this company, it’s not a IT company it’s just a company providing resources and claiming to be IT ceo and entire family and friends are in management team very poor work culture.
