Founder himself is unclear of its vision. How much ever good work is done, there is no appreciation. Very harsh behavior, to the extent that even the soul might cry sometimes. No proper team, no guidance. Interns are expected to work as an highly experienced employees. If only a person can control his emtions and take harsh wordslightly can survive here.
