Good work environment and culture team mates are somewhat supportive and the people work here will not add any value in your personality, cafe area and smoking zone is a plus, company policies are diffrent each time when you feel like achieving something but that is okay, no one wants to pay more right! Bonus is very nice you get double salary on Diwali month. Salaries are not good even 5 year old employees gets max 30k in hand starting from 12k ( Harsh but truth ) zero personal development but company is good opportunity to learn new things....Read More

Policies are changeable fo companies "favourite" employees showcase there company profile as a IT company but it is not so true, but they are paying people to be alive that is a plus, no salary issues no growth issues coz there is no growth and you get a bond for a year need to submit the cheque of 50k at the time of joining.
