Good working environment and culture.Teammates and the management is supportive and transparent.Company policies are good for employees.Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

Dislikes

There are few policies which the employees mey not like.Management need to resolve those to take there employees for long time.

Overall experience was petty good with Infytrics.There will be a struggled a bit in the beginning as there will be the formal traning the employees need to understand those very smartly.I learnt lots of thing on the job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
