Only point that anyone likes about company is they pay salaries on 1st of every month, they take care of employees personally, the operations chief Gopi Kasi really treats everyone in a good manner, he teaches you a lot of subject regarding industry

Seriously the work life balance in infyshine is terrible, long work hours, even your shift is done by 4 pm they will force you to stretch up for an hour extra, worst incentive plans in the industry, worst compensation, so greedy company, i worked there for 10 Months almost everyday i really felt exhausted and pressured, dude beliveme the no of meetings on a day really disturbs your work, sometimes they start meetings after log out time and tada you need to sit atleast for 3 hours, never ever choose this time company if you really think to have a happy work culture, straight away 7 new joiness left the company within a month, as a recruiter you need to work with only monster, no other sources...Read More

During these pandemic they forget about their employees and behaving selfish. They didn't pay salaries. HR & Managers have 0 work knowledge they pressure to work

Dislikes

No placements because the managers have over confidence and don't know the actual procedure to work. They don't treat the employees well. Gopi boy is a good person. Others are really Scrap.
