I belive if infosys will again work on the 2-3 sectors then this one is that company where employees never want to switch it another one. 1. Hike/ salary + Benifits ( Cab Provides) 2. Promotions 3. Onsite opportunities need to increase and give a more feasibility to work with new technologies (I.e, if any employee are from the infrastructure and want to move with the development or ai then they can move easily) . Depends which project you are working , i was working in one of the most challenging and prestigious project of government and you get to make your hands dirty on a lot of stuff not restricted to specific domain , but to lot of latest techonologies and scope of techonogy by far the best technology company with huge techology exposure and ownersip of responsibility which is a big plus point

Dislikes

The work life balance is a bit challenging there is no fixed hours of operation it can be any time and the stretch is also beyond normal working hour of 8-9 it can exceed upto 17 hrs and that too for a long period of time (but it all depend upon the project which a person is working on)
