No scope of good work, no promotion or hikes. No good projects to work on and not able to have faith in any team mates as everyone of them is doing politics. If you don't know how to do sweet talk or being introvert then you can assume your career will end here

The work culture is absolutely phenomenal. You would have plenty of time to spend on yourself and focus on your career as well. The technologies they use are good.

Dislikes

The compensation they pay is far less than what they quote their clients. It is approx. 1/10 of it. They promote you but they don't pay you enough.
