One thing about the Infosys is that they give best training to all the new joiners irrespective of the academic background of the employee and its training is one of the best among all MNCs in India for freshers.

All things are satisfied or similiar in Infosys as in all other big MNCs in India but training and learning is best thing I like at Infosys.

Since I joined Infosys recently and hence going through a training period of atleast 6 months after which i would be able to answer about my work at infosys.
