Work culture and policies. Good work life balance if you are in a good project.
No hikes for the past several years. Getting promotions or on site is extremely difficult. Even if you get a promotion, a major share of your hike will be allocated to performance bonus, which you would never get fully.
Work policy: WFO is not mandatory so far for mid level employees in some Units.

Client projects and especially onshore managers are good.
Infosys manager and HR didn't respond to mails and calls for days despite multiple follow ups and reminders. None of them know about Infosys policies. Each time they just ask you to raise ticket with support team and they just forward any questions to each other resulting in confusion and choas.

Can't change project. Your pretty much stuck in yours till it gets over. In my project no specific working hours can login at 10:30 but logout depends on your work. And didn't get into development and have no growth

Highly toxic work culture. Unit heads run the units as their private enterprises. Very fragile egos. Asking any question can be a reason enough for them to spoil your career. Unit heads create fake proofs for promoting their favorites and also they do the same when they have to spoil anyone's career. HR is for manager protection andnot for employee. You will join and leave the company at the same salary. Employee going on sick leave is also used against them during appraisals. Initiatives like IJP, salary correction and appraisals are all hoax. I don’t like much aspects in infosys and its policies.
First of all there will be no hikes even you work more than 4 years and even if you work up to your mark exactly when the appraisal time they’ll release from the project so that you can’t ask them for appraisal if you ask for appraisal they will say you are not in the project till the projected time so you are not applicable for appraisal.

I was recently selected for the Senior Associate Consultant role at Infosys, and I had high expectations for the opportunity. However, my experience has been very disappointing. After receiving the offer, I was asked to resign from my previous position as soon as possible, which I did. But just one or two days before my scheduled joining, Infosys suddenly halted my onboarding without providing any valid reason. My advice to those considering joining Infosys is: do not resign from your current job until all your documents are approved and verified. Infosys can unexpectedly withdraw their offer and provide unexpected reasons or excuses for rejection, leaving you in a difficult and uncertain position. The higher-level people, such as the project manager and team lead, lack knowledge and are in their positions only because of their comfort zone. Suppose a candidate has knowledge about a particular technology but lacks hands-on experience because their previous company did not involve that technology. During the client and screening interview, the way these interviewers speak is ridiculous. They say things like, "You do not have knowledge and all," and expect candidates to know everything and have practical experience from their previous organization. Infosys, please work on this. For a fresher, Infosys provides lots of training opportunities.
Work culture is super toxic. Managers are very incompetent, abusive and engage in politics and unethical practices. Performance, skill doesn't matter anymore. While my experience at Infosys was overall very positive , one area i found challenging was the initial on boarding process. The training sessions , though informative, sometimes felt overwhelming due to the amount of content that had to covered in a short period .

Pay is very bad. Hike from 2023 is still pending and hike percentage usually do not cross single digits irrespective of top rating. Example, If salary is 100.
