1.)I like more about the training facility which is best in the world either online or offline mode both are best. 2.) Every week in the company there are lots of webinars by industry experts and leaders , technical trainings to enhance your technical skills, bridge programmes for promotions(held Quarterly I guess),attractive dc's more than a normal office and a great learning environment.

Dislikes

1.) Infosys have lots of good points as well as some are bad where the company have to work on like their Hr Policies and make policies for employees interest(compensation,benefits,speedily growth, support for higher education, and many more....)only to retain their talents or experienced official as company have highest attrition rate in the industry. 2.) Infosys is legging behind because of some company politics in some areas some policies or regulatory committee they should organise where members are not from company hierarchy . 3.) Favouritism or gender biased promotions neglecting the real talents are big hurdles for making the infy industries no-1 company globally not nationally. 4.) Processing speed is slow which needs to be faster as possible like Recruting new talents, promotion cycles, referrals . 5.) Company should give equal importance to it's employees as they give to it's clients. 6.) For making it's image like FAANG companies company should invest their some part of revenue internally in the organization . (Image is everything) 7.) I never get a chance to work in the field/technology which I want, they only place you in the project where they want you to be irrespective of you interest, you job training skills, they will never listen to you.
