Dislikes
Need to face the brunt of Top Management Politics for any internal project roles. Life will be smoother here if it’s client facing project roles, on the contrary, life will be miserable if you need to face senior management who’ll be seated idle in the company for decades without any job movement.

I was recently selected for the Senior Associate Consultant role at Infosys, and I had high expectations for the opportunity. However, my experience has been very disappointing. After receiving the offer, I was asked to resign from my previous position as soon as possible, which I did. But just one or two days before my scheduled joining, Infosys suddenly halted my onboarding without providing any valid reason.
My advice to those considering joining Infosys is: do not resign from your current job until all your documents are approved and verified. Infosys can unexpectedly withdraw their offer and provide unexpected reasons or excuses for rejection, leaving you in a difficult and uncertain position.
This experience has been both unprofessional and disheartening. I hope Infosys rethinks its processes and treats prospective employees with more transparency and respect in the future...Read More

Very bad experience with infy. Manager behaves just like a slave with people. They have some hidden rule that they do not disclose with others. They asked to experience people to do other skill. If you don't want to do this then they will give lowest rating and after that HR will call you and will ask to resign forcefully.
