No hike even after 2 years accross all levels. Believes in lean team thereby increasing work pressure on all resources constantly. Expects resources to stretch and has no regards for personal life and work life ⚖️.

Heavily dependent on who and how your manager is, they can make or break your career. They would support you if they are nice people else they won't lift a finger. Employees are always addressed as 'resources'

The company blindly follows what client says, they do not consider the employee validations.Rude leadership and they use client appreciation to evaluate the performance of an individual no proper transition is given to new joinee and we are not expected to make any errors,no support from leadership for new hires.no work life balance.

Need to face the brunt of Top Management Politics for any internal project roles. Life will be smoother here if it’s client facing project roles, on the contrary, life will be miserable if you need to face senior management who’ll be seated idle in the company for decades without any job movement. I belive if infosys will again work on the 2-3 sectors then this one is that company where employees never want to switch it another one. 1. Hike/ salary + Benifits ( Cab Provides) 2. Promotions 3. Onsite opportunities need to increase and give a more feasibility to work with new technologies (I.e, if any employee are from the infrastructure and want to move with the development or ai then they can move easily) . I was recently selected for the Senior Associate Consultant role at Infosys, and I had high expectations for the opportunity. However, my experience has been very disappointing. After receiving the offer, I was asked to resign from my previous position as soon as possible, which I did. But just one or two days before my scheduled joining, Infosys suddenly halted my onboarding without providing any valid reason. My advice to those considering joining Infosys is: do not resign from your current job until all your documents are approved and verified. Infosys can unexpectedly withdraw their offer and provide unexpected reasons or excuses for rejection, leaving you in a difficult and uncertain position.
