A company with very established processes and policies, good to have a strong foundation. There are lot of opportunities of movement within different HR functions and geographies which is essential for growth. Fortunately my managers and teams have been very conducive to my learning and growth.
At times the processes can feel rigid especially in newer geographies, we need to be able to adapt quickly. Changes take a long time to get approved. Benefits and rewards have scope of improvement. You have to weigh in your pros and cons.

I was recently selected for the Senior Associate Consultant role at Infosys, and I had high expectations for the opportunity. However, my experience has been very disappointing. After receiving the offer, I was asked to resign from my previous position as soon as possible, which I did. But just one or two days before my scheduled joining, Infosys suddenly halted my onboarding without providing any valid reason. My advice to those considering joining Infosys is: do not resign from your current job until all your documents are approved and verified. Infosys can unexpectedly withdraw their offer and provide unexpected reasons or excuses for rejection, leaving you in a difficult and uncertain position.
