For US shift employees it would be disappointing with facilities like gym which not operate in night swimming pool- which is only for day shift employees IT support- you suppose to connect them in day time Shift Allowance - For US shift- 2000 rs per month UK shift- Rs 1500 rs per month

Companies will ask for Knowlege gain on multiple things but 95% you will time will not get any oppertunity to work on those technology . For a quality of of work/technology quality of project also required thats actually not in the hand of Inforsys of any other service base company like infosys. Forget about good salary hike . The company blindly follows what client says, they do not consider the employee validations.Rude leadership and they use client appreciation to evaluate the performance of an individual no proper transition is given to new joinee and we are not expected to make any errors,no support from leadership for new hires.no work life balance.

I was recently selected for the Senior Associate Consultant role at Infosys, and I had high expectations for the opportunity. However, my experience has been very disappointing. After receiving the offer, I was asked to resign from my previous position as soon as possible, which I did. But just one or two days before my scheduled joining, Infosys suddenly halted my onboarding without providing any valid reason. My advice to those considering joining Infosys is: do not resign from your current job until all your documents are approved and verified. Infosys can unexpectedly withdraw their offer and provide unexpected reasons or excuses for rejection, leaving you in a difficult and uncertain position.
