There is no proper method and follow when top management take over project from Client. Manager manupalate in employee resume like has a experience in cloud actually employee do not have. I entered middle of the project no support no KT. Just provided few documents and work on new technology that I did not worked no Client interview happened because manager of other unit made changes in my resume that I have experience in cloud that I do not have. I have been working in the same company for more than 3 years with no hike. Got hike this year in single digit which is again frustrating. Earning 9.5lpa with 7.5years of experience chandigarh feels too low. Work is only of Manual Testing tied with the role of BA. Planning to move towards python automation but need to work from home due to family conditions. Please suggest are there any companies offering wfh with good salary hike and how can I increase my chance to get hike more than 80% if I m planning to switch within this year?
