Good work life balance and good project to work within organisation. Team and Infosys management treats you well. Hybrid and clean workplace and safe especially for women.

Dislikes

Irregular salary hikes, nobody will recognise you and your work unless you are someone's favourite. Late promotion, again it will change if you are dear one. Heigher management only think of theirself. No one will retain you even if you are a hardworking and tenure employee.

Everything depends on the management, if you suck up to them then only you will get additional incentives, promotions, and bonuses. Doesn't matter how hard you work or how efficiently your deliver. Politics is way to high, you cannot point out the mistake management is making or else they will get offended. There is security of job over here so people at higher people treat this as a government job. They behave as if they are God and no one can touch them, which explains then insulting junior level employees. No proper guidance on growth, when I asked for the areas I should focus on in order to get a promotion i was gotten a feedback, listen to your manager and when time will be right he will give it to you.
