Yearly salary hike and incriment very low as per others company.

Work Details

I am handling Tickets as per the user's issue releted to its there system and application problem and resolved there all issues as per the requirement also communicate with L3 team and users for provide the resolution.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
