Company has terrible policies, lots of deductions, if take LOP still company will recover that money from you stating it was business loss for us. You have complete 9.15 hours on an average monthly, if it is 9.14 then they will deduct leave. I had very bad experience with infosys. Please think twice before you join..

No Motivation and pay hikes are very low. Micromanagement of people on working on system. Even going to toilet is also counted as non productive. There is one manager SIva Rebbragada he is the worst manager I am seen in my career.

When hired was said there will be increment in every 6 months. But no appraisal since 2 years. The client is very bad keeps pressure and own team is bullying. Also manager doesn’t care of anything lots of politics and focus on 1-2 employees

Terrible and toxic work culture. After leaving the organization also the team has not provided my documents and its been more than 60 days I am chasing them but not getting any proper response. Though I have inform them that I need to submit my doc. to the current organization still they are not providing my reliving letter. Its one of the worst company I have ever worked with.
