There is no work life balance.leaders keep calling you even after working hours and ask to work on weekends.. they only promis to give comp offs but never really approve it . There is no scope of learning .. Also the floor is very dusty , all common areas are also unclean washrooms are also very much unclean and unhygienic..

Infosys is very strict in Background verification if candidates fails to provide any required documents they will not onboard you. Also here is no pearks and additional benefits eg for transportation and meals we are required to pay from our pocket. Even employees working in night shift gets very less NSA as compared to other companies.

Manager was worst. Focus on micro-management and favorism. Too less salary offered. No hikes at all. Even manager's salary is too less. ODC are so bad. No place to eat in night shift. No microwave on the floor. Coffee machines never work.

I have been working in Infosys BPM for 2 years. No growth,no incentives, night shift allowances are very low compared to other competitors. Full work pressure and worst management. They won't understand employee concerns and health issues even HR also. By seeing Infosys brand don't join in Infosys BPM.

My manager Ratiesh Chandran had been so supportive with me and my team mates that I didn't care about the less pay, almost no hike for 5 years. Later on I had my personal commitments for which I had to switch to different company.

Dislikes

The pay structure is as bad as it gets. They didn't pay for current employees who are working for them for the long time and they are paying more to those who are been hired from external source. Please pay attention to this.

Closely observed partiality by Senior, Few manger has been hired from retail mall who dosent know the attration, shrinkage or monthly stack calculation formula's, HR will listen to Manger and oversight emplyees issues. Very bad politics in infosys, Lack of promotion and Hike, demotivated mangers and floor process, Fake appraisal review took and benefit will get only limited people, No use to prove senior with required data point for correct thing. Work- life balance, Bossy Culture, South Indian dominance, Company Culture, Very Rude Senior Management who only shouts during Meeting, No increments, No Skill development Management only talks about we have to win deals, AVP’s create a toxic environment by scheduling calls on Saturday and Sunday and shouts on them.

Nothing is good here. Employees have to face money related exploitation , work culture humiliation, specially targeting feature. Employee are forced to work out of their limits. Nil! No minimal inspiration to go to work. Atmosphere created in Infosys is very bad, although that not be the same in all the teams in Infosys.

No work life balance. Used to work whole day from 10.30 am to 8.00 pm & again used to work after coming home till midnight 3 am. Once, I worked for whole night and again went to office next day, yet I got response from my manager that it's my pending work so I've done it and he didn't care. It was the work which was pending since I join the process.
