The best part and the only reason why most of the employee are still at IBPM are because of WFH. There is still no mandate on hybrid or wfo. Learning and training portal is excellent if used correctly.

Dislikes

It's been 3 years and still there are no appraisals with regards to salary revision. The variable pay is payed out with an average of 60-65%.

Infosys Campus phase 2 Hinjawadi one the most beautiful campus in whole pune which covered with mountains and in monsoon you'll see peacock dance along with small waterfalls and the facilities which include gym, all types of sports, library, bank branch, 4 huge food court, bowling as well

I have been working in Infosys BPM for 2 years. No growth,no incentives, night shift allowances are very low compared to other competitors. Full work pressure and worst management. They won't understand employee concerns and health issues even HR also. By seeing Infosys brand don't join in Infosys BPM.

People only comes with recommendation as TL and manager and all . Which is technical which is customer care they can’t even identify and they are all in high position. When employees are in good mindset only they can work calm but here ppl make it complicated.

Project manager is extremely biased, doesn't know how to behave professionally. TL and Managers dont have any authority, all depends on project manager who doesn't have any idea about the project.

1. No appraisal in 3 years despite outstanding appraisal rating. 2. Employee engagement fund is limited to only 100 rs per agent per month which was not given for over a year. Agent has to spend from their pocket to redeem it. 3. JL6 will consume all budget of your account to travel the world but won't give you single penny as Incentives. 4. No matter how hard you work, your performance variable pay will always be deducted by 20-30% 5. There are multiple channels to raise your voice but nobody will listen to what you have to say 6. HR business partner has forgotten their work and will tend to seek instructions from managers on what to do. 7. No matter you give 15 years to company, they will not bother when you leave. 8.They will say they have given appraisals and there is 10 days Hybrid, but reality is different. Worst place to work no job security management is rude and no cab facility in night for women's... Hr don't know how to help employees who are facing issues infact ask to leave the company or put down the papers with one day resignation... Even health is not been priorities in any emergency situation they will ask you to report to office and work ....
