Documents and things to Carry::

• Carry a print out your updated resume;
• Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
• All original education documents need to be available for verification. (10th, 12th, Graduation (Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree)
• Candidates to carry mobile charger and ear/headphones to the hiring venue for in-person assessments and evaluations

Job Description:

Process Specialist

• Creating Instructional Design documents and Storyboards as required
• SME communication and content gathering
• Ensure the developer meets the delivery requirements as per the storyboard
• Manage course development projects and estimate the development requirement for a course
• Manage scope of work
• Ensure quality expectations are met
• Use the right tools to execute the tasks
• Feedback / Fault Reports are compiled and rectified accordingly
• Communication & Reporting on status and progress
• Learning Analytics - Reporting and Dashboard
• SLA management
• Setting up Quality and audit guidelines
• Monitoring teams performance against the agreed SLAs
• Escalation Management

Qualification-

• Graduate in any stream (business or technical discipline preferred)
• Creating Instructional Design documents and Storyboards
• SME communication and content gathering
• Managing training administration support activities

Work Location: Bangalore

Qualification: Graduates & Post graduation

Shifts: US Shift

Experience: 1Yr to 2Yrs of experience in graphic design and instructional design support for Learning and Development
