Job Description

The incumbent work across many departments and with many stakeholders to ensure that the e-learning content, LMS operations & training developed by the organization meets the needs of each function and is aligned with the goals of the business.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

Business/ Financials

Create learning content, module and curriculum for instructor led training and virtual training.

Manage LMS(Learning Management System) Operations for stakeholders

Interpreting content theories, models and concepts in a form best suited to be internalised by the organisation and target audience profile.

Will need to work on Instructor Led Training every now and then.

Engage and contract with external vendors to ensure effective relationships are established and suppliers deliver cost effective and high-quality services to best suit Ujjivans learning needs.

Create courses, assign user, run campaign and forums

Analyze the trends in learning with the help of the LMS Data

Build engagement plans and dashboards to increase uptake on the LMS towards creating a learning culture.

Customer

Interfacing with the stakeholders to identify need gap, align with the expectation and defining scope of content deliverables.

Proactively engage with all stakeholders to have conversations around driving up learning engagement and enable positive employee learning experience.

Engage employee on LMS, improve the adoption & usage

Working with multiple stakeholders, and project managers to coordinate and execute all content development projects seamlessly.

Internal Process

Create SOPs, guideline document & user manual for learning platform and different e-learning processes.

Applying modern instructional design techniques to develop and deliver role-based learning content in a variety of delivery methods.

Innovation & Learning

Act as an SME on Digital Learning for critical projects.

Be flexible to adapt to changing needs of the role and lead / participate in key projects critical to Learning & Development.

Be aware of current and emerging digital learning solutions and actively benchmarking ourselves and leveraging opportunities to bring in new and innovative practices that are implementable within L&D function.
