I strongly dislike the salary they offer, especially since BPM employees do the same work in projects but are treated as secondary resources with no priority. Compared to Infosys Ltd, the talent level is lacking, and management does nothing to address this biased system. Avoid joining Infosys BPM—opt for Infosys Ltd instead, as both roles end up doing the same work once assigned to a project.

Terrible and toxic work culture. After leaving the organization also the team has not provided my documents and its been more than 60 days I am chasing them but not getting any proper response. Though I have inform them that I need to submit my doc. to the current organization still they are not providing my reliving letter. Its one of the worst company I have ever worked with.

In last three years they don't provide the salary hike and promotion. Even though I have best performance.

It was a good work life balance, good job security, it was like a government job at low package salary,
Less perfomer gets the promotion and hikes, where top performer would be felt left out, 0% salary hike, hardly promote existing employee rather hires from out side. Junior gets hire at higher packages but no hikes to the existing, diligent employees.

Except mine salary, nothing in my sense.
Infosys IL is good but Infosys BPM is worst. They have even marked the IT support under BPM which should have been under IL. Being a L1 support Analyst, the management has never taken any initiative to build up and enhance the skill of their employees. Never suggest you to go on the name of the Company but to take a deep down check with the ex-employees and then pick your decision.

Subsidiary of Infosys Ltd, but more workload and less package. If assigned to a project under Infosys LTD, then project manager from Infosys Ltd will make you work for more than 12 hrs a day with a salary equivalent to working 4 hrs a day.

My manager Ratiesh Chandran had been so supportive with me and my team mates that I didn't care about the less pay, almost no hike for 5 years. Later on I had my personal commitments for which I had to switch to different company.
The pay structure is as bad as it gets. They didn't pay for current employees who are working for them for the long time and they are paying more to those who are been hired from external source. Please pay attention to this.

Nil! No minimal inspiration to go to work. Atmosphere created in Infosys is very bad, although that not be the same in all the teams in Infosys.
No work life balance. Used to work whole day from 10.30 am to 8.00 pm & again used to work after coming home till midnight 3 am. Once, I worked for whole night and again went to office next day, yet I got response from my manager that it's my pending work so I've done it and he didn't care. It was the work which was pending since I join the process.
