Fully toxic workplace can’t even take a proper breaks. 30 min for lunch until walking to the canteen it will be 10 min will be done n can’t even have have food peacefully. Everyone is working for food and money here they don’t value both.

Lack of promotion and progression. There’s no any salary hike and if they will provide any hike then it is effected only with single or double digit from your CTC and it is possible only after every 4 to 5 years only. They also not giving valid feedback if you will get a project based on parent company’s process, then after every performance cycle they will pretend to confirm like you are not working well so that your salary won’t hike and we are not considering your rating n all and we will positively consider as a learning experience even if you will try to explain about your performance with your hard work. The best part and the only reason why most of the employee are still at IBPM are because of WFH. There is still no mandate on hybrid or wfo. Learning and training portal is excellent if used correctly.

Dislikes

It's been 3 years and still there are no appraisals with regards to salary revision. The variable pay is payed out with an average of 60-65%.

Infosys Campus phase 2 Hinjawadi one the most beautiful campus in whole pune which covered with mountains and in monsoon you'll see peacock dance along with small waterfalls and the facilities which include gym, all types of sports, library, bank branch, 4 huge food court, bowling as well
