Some projects are Good. But some projects don't have proper managers / AVPs. They speak harshly and due to these employees will loose their interest and few employees left also. Sometimes They will assign into a project which is already existing one (very big project) which is takes time to understand about the project (some days or weeks). But no proper help will be there. We ourselves should understand which is really difficult even for experienced employees also. Bad thing is 2 months bench period is the notice period. It's a manger driven company not a policy driven. All the hikes, bonus everything will be given to the people who are having good rapo with manager but not the hard working people. Politics are more.
