During appraisal manager always telling it is totally HR decision. I have given you good rating. They will give only 1-2% hike.

I worked for 2 top IT giants in india before joining Infinite computer solutions , I would say growth wise , career wise , salary wise , visibility wise its one of the best company i would rate , Every job & work life balance depends on reporting manager and reporting manager reflects the company culture. The company culture comes from every individual. Its like a food web or food chain . From low level to higher level there is less toxic culture in infinite. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
