If you have already worked in product based companies, for whatever reason never join this company. It will be damn difficult to sync. Even after getting excellent performance rating for 2 years, you won't get any hike or promotion. As usual micro management which is common in these companies. You can enhance your skills only if you get chance to work in projects from large US based enterprises.

They provide opportunities to interact directly to client and due to this, I get plenty of scope to get high appreciation multiple times.

Growth rate of employee is slow in terms of promotion & overseas opportunities. Award system does not always recognize the core effort given by those who established organized system from scratch .
