1.Salary but depends on the bosses mood. On most cases its delayed. 2.Food is provided. Sometimes it's expired. Sometimes it's limited. But there will atleast rice and dal. You won't sleep empty stomach. 3.montly pocket money for local expenses. 4.Accomodation is provided although there will be Sometimes 3 or 4 people stuffed in a room where only 2 can stay comfortably. A family run company with Zero ethics.Poor management.Worst work culture. Employees are considered as slave's.No recognition or value for the effort or experience.No yearly appraisal, bonus or hike.We have to do any work irrespective of our designation ,if not u are fired and they start pressurising you to resign the job and here comes the best part ,each and every charges borne by the company will be deducted from one's salary and they will have to take a loan to escape from this company.Or have to work with the company for free to pay back the deductions. Dont raise voice for any of your right you are on hit list.Its almost like a jail .Since it's a war prone country it's risk to hangout.Company provides food and accommodation but once the grocery is finished they don't purchase we will have to spend from our pocket.Room maintenance service is also pathetic nobody cares to fix any problem arise..They do provide pocket money monthly but it depends upon there mood.They try to delay it at the maximum and same thing happens with salary.If the company needs an employee to come back after yearly leave they will hold on the salary and leave salary until the person is back.Average life of a good employee is max 1year.Due to this poor attitude of management employees turnover is at its peak.Think twice before joining Intech it will ruin your career and is capable of making you bankrupt.Dont get trapped by going behind the fancy figure that Intech offers....Read More
