Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. I have 2.5 years experience in Indix info system I worked in L2 support on the present project as a production support engineer, and I performed service desk duties as a Level 2 support engineer. I have solid knowledge of Oracle SQL and Linux commands and have adhered to the ITIL methodology. We use shell scripts in our project, andI am familiar with them. As part of incident management, I created a ticket for each question and closed it with a confirmation. Our project has to do with banking; specifically, we work in investment banking. Trades that occur between two counter parties, or between counter parties and legal entities, are handled by our program. For every deal, we maintain track of the accounting setup, payment, and settlement data. Need to keep an eye on the jobs to notify in the event of a failure.
