The best I like about the company is the harmony. I got hospitalized. They specially visit and met with me and parents to assure i am well in place to the treatment. They provide all insurance details and cards to my family so that i can get the treat properly. I will not never forget this.

There are only two team leaders and out of which yogesh is useless and worthless. They will say you will be promoted to high post but they will promote you without any appraisal in the salary, people are made to work 12hours in just small amount of money. You literally need to give up on your health to work here. You are not even allowed to contact with any people in the office... Everything is count as HIPAA, even if you take your colleagues phone number you will be harassed. Every employee who come in this company does not stay more than a month. First of all, if you are a fresher, please try other live scribing company. As these company will not increase any of your skill. Secondly you will be given training for several months without any stipend. No paid leaves are given. Infact the most important thing, an experience certificate that a employee needs and does work to earn, is not given in this company. They will say you "we don't provide any experience certificate" if your are experienced medical scribe then you will be marked as abscond in your resignation letter and no recognition will be given to you....Read More

A terrible company. They will make you work 12hours a day and no recognition is being given to the employee. In my case I was sick one day with 102degree fever thus asked for a leave, but they did not approved my leave and forcefully called me to the office. They are inhuman in single word..never seen such a company. Being a fresher, I joined this company with lot of hopes and dreams but they proved me so wrong. I regret joining this company now. No food no cab facility. They will say u in the interview that "we provide cab" but they doesn't and about the canteen, I have been listening since 6months that the canteen will get ready in 1week. As it is a nightshift job, u need food nearby, but hardly any stores are open. And foremost u are not given any breaks. Only 15mins breaks is being given for eating and rest you are forced to work 12hours each day. I really like the scribing platform that IAB7 has offered me to work upon. It's new, It's challenging, and It's game changing.

Team leaders are not experienced and Yogesh doesnt even know how to talk to people. It sometimes feel like why does he open his mouth? Infrastructure is very poor, including washroom and canteen, but not only limited to these. Worst nightmare is the training team under the span of control of Satnam Sir.

There was nothing to like about this company, they are an exploitative company who only thinks about profit and treat employees like robots.

The company exploits college students extremely, to the point that they make them work 8-9 hours straight without allowing them any break, sometimes no toilet breaks as well. Chandigarh and Mohali faced one of the worst flooding in the recent past and they made employees come to work fully drenched in those bacteria filled water. Some had leave their house fully underwater just because the company forced them to work at that time. After the flooding people naturally caught eye flue because of all those bacterias and viruses floating around and the inhumane nature of the company is evident when they forced and threatened employees to work even red swollen eyes full of pain and discomfort. Lead by good leaders, Really professional, Highly enthusiatic, Manage well, Operation team has good new hired leaders they need some brush training but the level of work they are delivering is really awesome. This is fast paced company with regular development and advancement.

This company stand out in every aspect making it excellent place of work. The training is really awesome, Trainers are very very supportive. They help all the trainees with best of their efforts. They push trainees with really good sessions, curricullam and learning. Operation Team is really supportive. Everything is worth disliking horrible management, no organisation and rude, arrogant people with position. They will force you ruthlessly to work and make you feel worthless. Trust me, the 2-3 months of my life are the most depressing months. They claim you to provide peaceful environment to work, on the contrary there is no canteen and only a single floor to work. Moreover, there is only a single washroom for women, that too disgusting in every possible way. I can not even believe that such horrible organisations literally exists. I would like to add one more point, I have worked there for around 25 days before leaving this organisation, and they never provided me the salary for the aforementioned period, much expected from this worthless company. Overall, this organisation is worst for corporate employees and should be avoided at every cost. They even force you to work extra hours without even compensating, and do not get fooled by targets, they are set in order to control the employees and make them feel inefficient.
