Manager - partial, never solves anu issues, hides when there is customer problems, escapes to solve any escalation, never attends escalation MD- hires you till his aimed work is completed and then somehow wants you to leave the hospital, partial, listens one side story especially what manager says, no hikes, no promotions

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
