I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

I have spoiled my 7years working tenure in this organisation.Not at all working environment and I will not suggest any of my friends to join this organisation.Working in this company is like a prisoner in prison.Here the management concentrate more on politics and lesser on productivity.The whole management is worthless and they don't care for employees growth.You have to keep asking for your salary like a beggar on due date....Read More
