They have not been a bit supportive, they first reduced the CTC to 50% without an option. Then eventually asked to resign. They are not so serious about the busines surely they don't have hint about human resources management.

Initially the job was interesting, I was really charged up and up for great challange. We tried and tested 3-4 diferent methods and industries in a span to 6-8 months time which didn't really helped.
